Senior Project/Program Manager must demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Enterprise strategies and initiatives, delivers large-scale and complex project(s) or program(s) that create the intended value for the organization, while communicating the organizational impacts. They are accountable for overseeing all functions relating to the activities of Project Managers and their teams, and are accountable for creation of new or changed deliverables. Additionally, they will direct, manage, and coordinate other team members. They will collect status reports, consolidate work plans, communicates key issues / risks, track overall project budget, and interface with executive management team. Must have proven leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
