Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale business application design efforts 
• Independently interact at the director-level in client organizations 
• Demonstrate expertise with a broad set of development tools/technologies 
• Have a firm understanding of design methods and architectures 
• Assist the Project Manager in establishing team goals, objectives, and budget 
• Provide support to the sales effort on new business development pursuits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 
  5+ yrs in application architecture / enterprise architecture, systems integration and development, package implementation, relational databases, with knowledge of multiple technologies and interactive design 
• Expertise in multiple technology platforms/languages: JSP, J2EE /JEE, EJB, Websphere, Weblogic, .NET, HTML, DHTML, XML, SOAP, Javascript, MVC patterns, JavaScript, Java, PL/SQL, C/C++, RDBMS, CORBA, COM / DCOM 
• Ability to define, create, and complete a technical task without guidance 
• Experience in Full lifecycle software development processes and methods 
• Extremely effective with the executive level and client-facing 
• Ability to articulate a vision of the total solution

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor's (Master's a plus) degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

Responsibilities

• n-Tier architecture web development using Microsoft technologies
• Object oriented analysis, design and development
• VB 6.0 and Microsoft .Net Framework
• VBScript, JavaScript, ASP, ASP.Net, HTML, DHTML, XML
• SQL Server 2000, including stored procedures, DTS packages, triggers
• Experience with network and Internet protocols including TCP/IP, FTP, web services, and SMTP
• Knowledge of Internet and Intranet security strategies
• Experience with graphic design tools Adobe, Macromedia
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• BS in Computer System , Information System Technology or related field and at least 2 years of related work experience
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
• Development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of application programming to satisfy project requirements.
• Participate in planning sessions with the project team to analyze business requirements and define the proposed technology solution
• Be responsible for creating data services, and integrating the data service components
• Design and code Web Pages using .NET technologies as per application requirements and enterprise standards
• Provide support for all phases of testing such as integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Work independently under the guidance of a Technical Lead, and will be held accountable for completing tasks within assigned timeline.
• Collaborate with other team members in creating optimal, maintainable, and scalable application code.
• Follow enterprise standards and guidelines during all phases of development lifecycle Participate in code and design reviews.
• Identify / troubleshoot application code issues
• Expected to be proactive in identifying and escalating to the technical lead such issues that will have an adverse impact on the project
• Report status to project management regularly (at least once a week)
• Interact with IT management and other teams at a highly professional and technical level.
• Demonstrate accurate and complete understanding of project scope.

Proven track record in the IT Consulting Services arena with a combination of account management and new business development experience.
